On a positive note, more and more people are doing something about their weight and undertaking weight loss programs, diets and exercise plans. These 8 quick weight loss tips will assist you in reaching your goals.

1. Start right now
What are you waiting for? Prepare some healthy meals for today and go outside for a swift walk in the sunshine.

2. Note down your short term goal
Write down how much weight you want to lose within the next month.

3. Note down your long term goal
Write down the weight you wish to be in 1 year from now.

4. Keep a photographic diary
Take photos of yourself every week so you can look back on your progress for motivation.

5. Don’t deprive yourself
Do you love chocolate, ice cream or perhaps French fries? You don’t have to give them all up. Treat yourself once per week with a ‘naughty’ food.
